Spring Break 2017 - New York!
We decided to take the kids to NY for spring break to visit their cousins. This was Knox's first airplane ride, and the kids first trip to New York. We had such a good time seeing family and are so thankful for the opportunity to be able to visit. We did a LOT in just a few days so I may have to break up my posts by day.
Day One: The cousins were in school, so Uncle Chad took us on an adventure into the city. We took a train ride into the city into Grand Central Station. We then went to the American Girl store (3 stories of girl heaven), Rockefeller Center, the Lego store, the Today Show, and the Nintendo Store. We walked by the Radio City Music Hall, Tonight Show, Uncle Chad's office, Times Square. We had lunch at the Melt Shop, rode the subway, saw the dinosaur exhibit at the American Museum of Natural History, walked through Central Park, saw the Plaza where Home Alone was filmed and went by Trump Tower. It was a fun day in NYC, and the kids ended up walking nearly 6 miles.

This place was heavily armed, and Gavin was fascinated.
Meanwhile, this little dude was having the time of his life - napping with Aunt Shelly, eating his favorite foods and shopping. Thanks Aunt Shelly and Uncle Chad for a very memorable day!
