Emmy turned 7 months old today! Time is flying by, and she is changing so much everyday. We are enjoying this phase as she transitions from "frustrated dependent" to "mischevious independent." She is loving her new skills - crawling and sitting up on her own without assistance. And she would much rather play in her crib and put herself to sleep than have mommy rock her. The cuddling days are fewer, but the laughter and smiles are so much more. She giggles all the time, and we have no idea what she is laughing about. She talks to herself, her toys, her lovies and to us. She seems so much happier with her newfound freedoms. Her world is expanding, and it is fascinating to watch.

Robin--She is so adorable! I love checking your blog and seeing her sweet pictures and adorable outfits!! I miss all those sweet baby girl clothes!
Wow, 7 months!! Such a big girl now. Can't believe I still haven't met her in person; we really need to remedy that situation. Happy 7 months sweet girl - she'll be running marathons in no time. :)
