Photos For the Flood

Last Sunday, Becky and I participated in "Photos for the Flood." It was an all-weekend photo session with multiple photographers that was organized by a a high school friend, Sarah Gilliam (an amazing photographer)! The sessions were held at a cute little ice cream shop, Pied Piper Creamery," in East Nashville. E was a little firecracker that day, so it was almost impossible to take pictures of her! With both kids on the move constantly (and in separate directions) and 90s heat at 2:30 in the afternoon (note the sweat in her hair), let's just say that I'm surprised the photographer could even get this...

They did thoroughly enjoy their strawberry ice cream after the shoot. Bek ate his entire cone, including the paper! :) A donation to an excellent cause and some wonderful homemade ice cream = definitely worth the drive!
