I'm pretty happy to say goodbye to this week and a special visitor we had - the flu. Yes, the nasty virus paid a little visit to Emmy last weekend and has been with us ever since. Hopefully the virus is long gone and no one else gets the visit. Luckily, my little gal was a trooper and was able to eat, sleep and play with minimal fever. It could have been worse, but we hunkered down and watched lots of movies, ate popcorn, drank sprite and did all the fun things you do when you are sick!
It will be a miracle if this little guy doesn't catch it because he just worships "Meme" and follows her everywhere. Hard to keep them apart these days.
Enjoying some nice weather finally...
Tuesday, her Uncle Andrew brought her most favorite thing in the world. That definitely brought a big smile to that face! Big thanks to Uncle A for that special treat.
So it is Friday night, and we say goodbye to another week and hello to the weekend. Looking forward to warm weather, sunny skies and (hopefully) a fever-free weekend.
