Second Birthday party

I was pretty excited that G Man's bday fell on a Saturday this year so we could have his party on the actual day. We had family come celebrate and played outside the whole time. It was a nice day, and the kiddos had a ball playing outside together. I got a little Pinteresty with the decorating this year. I had fun theming the party to make it special for my little fellow. Emmy had fun helping and exclaimed, "this is going to the be the best party ever, mom!" That made all my bow-tying, sign-making efforts worth with it.

Disclosure...the birthday boy himself was so pre-occupied with his new toys that he doesn't appear in many photos below. He was indeed present at his party and quite obsessed with his new choos choos and trucks from everyone. Thanks to all. :)

Speaking of choo choos, check out this awesome ride-on choo choo with a complete track from his Nana and Pops!! This may be one of the coolest toys ever, and G rode around and around with his serious conductor face.

Emmy was so excited for the party. This picture was taken before the guests arrived. She is all neat and clean, but it didn't take but five minutes for the bow to come out, hair disheveled, and shoes and socks off.

 Emmy playing with the boys.

Is this a doll baby or what?! Looks like I could go prop her on the shelf with all our pretty baby dolls. :)

Cake time! You can tell Gavin is saying "choo choo" here. This is the only picture I got of this. He didn't know what to do with those candles.

Sweet Bella enjoying some cake and ice cream.

 Taye loves the cozy coup!

Farmer Bek says hi!

Pops and Baba hanging out on the back porch.

We all wore outfits by Hadley Rae so we had to take a picture.

Emmy photo bombed this family photo, but it looks like someone else did too.

Gavin loved reading his new book from Aunt Rina.

 Sweet Taye loves his mommy.
End of night. G Man still MIA with the toys. Another successful party in the books. Thanks to all the family for coming and being a part of Gavin's special day.
