I cannot wait for summer and swimming! I found this tutu bathing suit online and HAD to have it. Yes, I splurged a little, but luckily, Emmy's Nana found it for us local. Even if Emmy doesn't like the water, she sure is going to look cute! Also, with that fluff on the back end, it should keep her afloat if her body sinks...looks like it could serve as our life preserver too. I say it's a great investment! ;)
