Our last day at Disney was back at Magic Kingdom. We spent the morning riding more rides and then headed back to the hotel to enjoy the pool. The kids had a ball at the pool! Gavin found his heaven on the water slide, while Emmy noticed a hula hoop competition and got involved in the pool games. Competitive girl jumped in there with strangers and played until she won!
This boy didn't stop smiling on the slide! It was so cute watching him go over and over and over again.
Later we headed back to Disney to a character buffet dinner. We got to meet all the characters except Daisy, who they said was preparing for her date with Donald. :) Emmy wrote Minne and Mickey a note so she was especially excited to see Minnie. She loved the note and kissed and hugged Emmy!
Gavin got to meet his favorite character, Goofy!
Then we headed out for one last mission to find our souvenirs. Gavin had eyed this pirate hook, hat and sword all week so he was one happy boy that the end of the week had come and it was time to get his surprise!
This girl wanted everything but landed on this light up Mickey toy, and Anna/Elsa combo doll and a birthstone necklace.
And as for this guy - our fearless captain of the group - he headed home with an empty wallet, a maxed out credit card, several nights of no sleep, and LOTS of great memories. Thanks Captain for a fun trip the kids will never forget!
