The weather was beautiful Friday. Since we have had nothing but rainy, gloomy days lately, we decided to take full advantage and spent the whole day outside. I took the kids on a hike behind our house, and we waded in the creek. Normally, I would say "not today" or "let's not get our feet wet," but this situation we find ourselves in makes us live a little more freely.
