Turns out, the house we stayed in was only four houses down from where Seth and I got married 9 years ago. It was fun to sit on the beach and reminsce our wedding day which I can remember like it was yesterday!
We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every single night. Our house was right on the beach, so we looked forward to going on the balcony to see the sunsets.

Trying to capture a photo of these two best buds proves to be quite a challenge these days. They both give cheesy faces, so we now opt for the action shots.
During the day, we did a lot of lounging on the beach, making sand castles and playing with the kiddos.
Gavin took his first dip in the pool with daddy...
While Bek did a lot of boy stuff. You know, just typical things like grabbing a jelly fish and fish in the ocean! Poor fish didn't have a chance of survival after Bek got a hold of them. :)
The boys rented a canoe one day, and we all enjoyed taking a ride on it. Seems we all turned our canoes over and went in the water at some point. Andrew, Bek and I took a pretty hard crash, but we have not photos to document. Probably a good thing because it was a huge wave that gave us a nasty spill. I do have a memory of getting hit in the head with a paddle and trying to grab Bek who was floating in the water. Tough lil guy got back on and rode in the canoe again after that!
Emmy was scared to death! Poor thing gripped on to Seth's legs pretty tight. As you can see below, Bek was fearless.
